Rosemary Allen began working for RMHA in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant; today she is the Executive Director. She is a graduate of the Rural Human Services program at UAF and has her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
Keri Frazier, LPC, is the clinical supervisor for mental health treatment services. She also provides direct client services for children, youth and adults experiencing mental health issues. She began her work at RMHA in an internship position while obtaining her Master’s degree in Psychology from UAF and has been with our agency since 1998.
Laura Hokenson began working at Railbelt in 2002 as our Financial Administrator. She is is a graduate of the Rural Human Services program and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work She is a certified chemical dependency counselor technician. She does billing, accounts payable/receivable and payroll. She also has an accounting technician certification.
Maryellen Robinson is our Tobacco Prevention Specialist. She is a graduate of the Rural Human Services program and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from UAF, she is currently working on her Masters Degree in Social Work. She is a lifelong Alaskan and has been with Railbelt since 2006.
Magen Spencer is our substance use disorder counselor. She is a certified chemical dependency counselor technician. She was raised in Nenana, is a graduate of Nenana City Public School and has graduated from Rural Human Services spring of 2017. She is currently continuing her education to get her Bachelor’s degree in social work.
