Rosemary Allen began working for RMHA in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant; today she is the Executive Director. She is a graduate of the Rural Human Services program at UAF and is working on her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
Keri Frazier, LPC, is the clinical supervisor for mental health treatment services. She also provides direct client services for children, youth and adults experiencing mental health issues. She began her work at RMHA in an internship position while obtaining her Master’s degree in Psychology from UAF and has been with our agency since 1998.
Laura Hokenson began working at Railbelt in 2002 as our Administrative Assistant. She is is a graduate of the Rural Human Services program and holds an Associate’s Degree from UAF and is currently working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She is our Financial Officer; she does billing, accounts payable/receivable and payroll. She is also a certified substance use disorder counselor tech.
Maryellen Robinson is our Tobacco Prevention Specialist. She is a graduate of the Rural Human Services program and has an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from UAF. She is a lifelong Alaskan and has been with Railbelt since 2006.
Magen Spencer is our substance use disorder counselor. She was raised in Nenana, is a graduate of Nenana City Public School and will graduate from the Rural Human Services program Spring 2017.
Nikki Wells is our tobacco educator based out of the community of Healy. She is originally from Alabama and has lived in Healy eleven years. She lives with her husband and two sons.
