The Nenana Wellness Coalition is an alliance of representatives from various organizations, government agencies, community groups and individuals that meets weekly to discuss and help implement plans for improving the wellness and quality of life in Nenana Alaska.

SPEAKERS/TOPICS:
Restorative Justice meeting set for 6pm March 18th @ Civic Center. If we can divvy up people who expressed interest and call and remind them. Also, call other community leaders and invite them to attend.
Nest Envisioning wellness April 9th Trooper Miner; there has been interested in AK blooms coming down.

UPDATES/ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Tim Horn; Next Wednesday @ 7pm @ Bonnie’s house baha’i new year celebration, supper provided. No children’s class next Wednesday of Spring break.
Magen: Back to work Monday
Amy Verhagen: washer flooded the house! but put out there that needed a new one and found an affordable one same day.
Josh Verhagen: Alaska Suicide Prevention Day March 26th, City of Nenana is also recognizing this March 26th as Alaska Suicide Prevention Day. Josh and Pat Manning met with USDA in regards to payments on living center and they agreed to accept $50,000 payments on NSLC loan. March 18th the City will begin to take down the “old house”.
Bonnie Reed: No city assembly tonight. Senior center St. Patrick ’s Day Friday the 15th @ noon. Native Council closed the 15th for Traditional Chief’s Day; Senior bus going up March 19th
