Nenana Wellness Coalition

The Nenana Wellness Coalition is an alliance of representatives from various organizations, government agencies, community groups and individuals that meets weekly to discuss, evaluate, coordinate, consolidate, celebrate, masticate and help implement plans for improving the wellness and quality of life in Nenana
This week we had 5 participants, Laura Hokenson, Magen Spencer, Mike Arena, Mary Alexander, and Bonnie Reed. We enjoyed chicken pasta, assorted nuts and cheese with crackers.

Magen: No Updates
Bonnie: Senior Prom is April 7, 2018. The march will be held at the school in the pit at 5pm.
The Nenana City will have their meeting at the Recreational Multi-Purpose Room on April 12, 2018 at 6pm.
April 13, 2018 is the community safety village pride potluck starting at 6pm.
The Senior Board meeting is on April 16, 2018.
There is a couple veterinaries that are coming to the tribal hall on April 14 and April 15. You can have your animals seen for numerous different things. This is by appointment only.
The Nenana Native Council Meeting is April 18 at the Native Council conference room on April 18, 2018 at 6pm.

Mary: There is still seeds available at the Nenana Native Council. They are free and anyone can have some.
