The health fair will be March 24, 2018. The blood draw will start at 8am and the exhibits will start at 9am. Laura has been receiving donations for the health fair. Right now the main thing is looking for volunteers. Their volunteer website is alaskahealthfair.org.
Everyone discussed the emergency magnets. These will have Nenana emergency numbers. The numbers that are being considered for the magnet are Nenana Fire Department, Alaska State Dispatch, Poison Control, Care line, Rail belt Mental Health and Addictions, Office of Children Services, Tribal Force Youth Specialist, Domestic Violence Hotline, and Nenana’s Behavioral Health Aide. The magnets have been made and ordered.
