The Nenana Wellness Coalition is an alliance of representatives from various organizations, government agencies, community groups and individuals that meets weekly to discuss, evaluate, coordinate, consolidate, celebrate, masticate and help implement plans for improving the wellness and quality of life in Nenana
This week, we had 8 participants: Magen Spencer, Bonnie Reed, Derek Ketzler, Mike Arena, Tim Horn, Brianna Ketzler and her two boys Shad and Brayden. We enjoyed shepherds pie, assorted nuts, and crackers with cheese.

PRESENTATION OF AGENDA AND CALL FOR MODIFICATIONS:
Envisioning Wellness was spoken by Magen and Tim. There is some interest in asking Kristi and Amie Verhagen in presenting their health challenge to the WIN members. Tim has been in contact with other residents who are interested in presenting and has been working with them. August 8, 2017, the Mudge Dou will be presenting to WIN the importance of music and how it benefits our community. September 12, 2017, Railbelt Mental Health and Addictions will be doing a presentation about services and upcoming events. If there is anyone else that is interested in presenting to the WIN members, please contact either Tim Horn at 907 832 1047 or Magen Spencer at 907 687 0452.
WELLNESS THOUGHT: Question everything, it is all meant to be challenged.
