SPEAKERS/TOPICS:

The health fair was briefly discussed, Andrea, from public health, was wanting to know more information on it. Natalie sent her an email that had all the information she had.

Choose Respect will be April 3, 2017. We gather all classes in the gym where there will be a short assembly and then afterwards will be the march at 11:30 starting at the school. The Choose Respect committee got permission to use the tribal hall on April 3 for the potluck at 6:30. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to bring a dish to share. The Choose Respect group was wanting to get information from the students on who they feel are anchors in the community. Natalie brought up a great idea to see if someone could bead anchors on moose skin to present to anchors the students chose. It was also briefly discussed having a safe sign on household doors in case of an emergency, someone could see that this is safe home, and someone could go there to get help.

WELLNESS THOUGHT: It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.
